 Scott is trained and educated in Architecture and Architectural Design and holds a BS in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology and Associates in Architectural Technology from SUNY Delhi. Scott is certified from the American Society of Professional Estimators and has also completed the AGC 2009 Future Construction Leaders program. He has experience in high end residential, high end commercial construction, design, space planning, site development and program development in both urban and suburban environments. Scott also has experience in Construction Management for both Commercial and Institutional projects. His passion to build is being achieved through his diverse background, he continues within the industry as an Owner of Liberty Contracting of New York, LLC as well as utilizing his past 14 years experience with a large scale general contractor serving as Project Manager and Chief Estimator. Scott continues to build his background with over 20 years experience in the commercial construction industry covering institutional, municipal, retail, corporate, medical, restaurant, technology, LEED, fit out and interior/exterior reconstruction.
  

Scott Pavick

  Rich is trained in Construction Management and Commercial Project Management. He is also at a senior level for commercial construction estimating. He has experience in high end residential, high end commercial construction, design, space planning, site development and program development in both urban and suburban environments. Rich also has experience in Construction Management for both Commercial and Institutional projects.  He is well versed in commercial, public works, municipal, institutional, retail, corporate, medical, restaurant, parks and technology projects. Rich continues to broaden his diverse background within the industry as an Owner of Liberty Contracting of New York, LLC as well as utilizing his 20+ years experience in the Construction industry.

Rich Esposito

  Joe Cole has a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Webb Institute of Naval Architecture. Upon Graduating Webb in 1992 Joe entered into commercial construction eventually becoming the owner of a commercial contracting company in 1998. His experience includes rough and finish carpentry, carpentry foreman, field supervisor, project manager, operations management, business management and development. He has managed up to 35 employees in a company that specialized in commercial general construction, commercial carpentry, drywall and ceilings, and custom woodworking. Specialty projects include converting an old bank into a medi-spa in Bay Shore, converting an old industrial building into a classic automobile and petroliana museum in Oyster Bay, and building a production and processing plant for a pharmaceutical company in Melville.  

Joe Cole

  Andy’s passion for construction began at the age of 16. Working with carpentry crews and other carpentry outfits until his passion and persistence to learn led him up the ladder within the industry. Andy’s vast knowledge of construction is the result of years of hands on experience within the field, resulting in well-earned positions as a lead foreman to Construction Manager and now a seasoned Project Manager leading multiple in- house crews and managing multiple projects for American Building Contractors, Inc. Andy has worked for American Building Contractors, Inc since its inception in August of 1997. His portfolio includes experience within the private and public commercial sector, including public agency work associated with NYSCA capital projects.  Andy continues to build his background with over 20 years experience in commercial construction industry covering institutional, retail, medical, interior and exterior reconstruction. Andy graduated with a BA in Environmental Science from Hunter College in 1992.
